Pizza Social is Adelaide's favourite mobile wood-fired pizza catering experience. We show up to your event with everything we need — a beautiful oven, fresh dough, quality ingredients, and a whole lot of good vibes — and we cook fresh, authentic pizzas right in front of your guests.

By making a booking with Pizza Social, you agree you have read and agreed to these terms. These terms apply to all services provided by us, whether arising from a booking or otherwise. To avoid any doubt, the making of a booking request or you permitting, directing or instructing us to commence any part of the services constitutes acceptance of these terms.
All requests for bookings must be in writing and made 7 days before the event. Booking requests are not accepted by us until confirmed in writing by us and a deposit is received.
Event details (including date, start/finish times, location, menu, services to be provided, guest numbers, dietary requirements) must be provided with the booking request and any other information we request must be provided promptly.
We reserve the right to refuse, amend or cancel any booking at our absolute and sole discretion at any time and for any reason, without any liability to you whatsoever.
The price is based on our rates/prices using a per-head model, based on the final number of guests confirmed by the client and the chosen menu.
A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total booking value must be paid by you to secure the booking. You acknowledge we are under no obligation to undertake any services until we receive the deposit in full and all booking details are finalised and accepted by us in writing.
The remaining balance of the price must be paid through the agreed payment method immediately upon completion of the services, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Additional charges based on our rates/prices will be payable and added to the price for: increased guest numbers (whether before or during the event); additional services required; travel outside the agreed location set out in the booking; and any other increase, change or variation in the services (including the menu).
If any part of the price (including additional charges) is due but unpaid: we may withhold or halt any further services or other bookings; we are entitled to retain the deposit in full; we may charge interest at the rate of 10% per annum, calculated daily; and you indemnify us for any costs, expenses or losses incurred by us as a result of the failure to pay, including any debt collection and legal costs (on a fully indemnity basis).
Final guest numbers must be confirmed at the time of our acceptance of your booking request and by no later than 7 days prior to the event. If the number of guests in attendance at the event exceeds the confirmed guest number, additional charges will apply for those additional guests based on our rates/prices.
If you reduce the guest number less than 7 days before the event, the full price based on the final guest numbers confirmed at our acceptance of your booking request remains payable, unless agreed otherwise in writing. If the guest number is reduced before this time, we may adjust the price but reserve the right to charge any costs already incurred or committed.
Requests to change event details (date, time, location, menu) must be made promptly in writing and by no later than 7 days prior to the event. Changes are subject to availability and may result in additional charges. Significant changes within 3 days of the event cannot be guaranteed.
Any cancellation by you must be in writing. The 20% deposit is non-refundable in all circumstances. If the cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the date of the event, you will be liable for the full price of your booking.
Without limiting any other term, we may terminate a booking or these terms if you default in payment (including the deposit), breach these terms or the law, engage in conduct that endangers our staff, or fail to comply with any of our requirements. If so, we are entitled to retain the deposit and you must pay us the full price of the booking (plus any costs, loss, damage or expense).
You must give us access to the location at least 2 hours prior to the start time of the event. At all times during the event, you and all other persons must permit us to freely access and exit the location.
You must provide, and we require use of, the following facilities at the location: approximately 15m² for our oven set up plus any other utilities, equipment, shelter, cover (or similar) required by us.
You must ensure the location is fit for purpose, complies with all applicable work health and safety requirements and laws, and is covered by insurance adequate for events of the nature, type and scale as the event.
Pizza Social operates in outdoor and semi-outdoor environments. Events proceed in light to moderate weather, including rain, where safe to do so. In cases of weather we consider, in our opinion, to be severe or unsafe (including high winds, extreme heat, storms, or conditions that pose safety risks), Pizza Social reserves the right to pause services, modify setup, or cease the services entirely.
No refunds or reduction in the price will be issued due to weather conditions, unless Pizza Social otherwise agrees in writing. Where possible, rescheduling or credit may be offered at our sole and absolute discretion.
Where the location is not owned or controlled by you, you must obtain all necessary consents, approvals and insurance for access and our services, and you indemnify us for any breach of same.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you arising out of, or in connection with, these terms or a booking is limited to the total price paid by you for the booking, and we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss whatsoever (including loss of profit, business, opportunity, goodwill, anticipated savings or similar). You indemnify us for any claim, loss, damage, costs or expenses arising from any act, omission, or breach by you or your attendees, including loss or damage to our property, and claims by third parties arising from the event.
Dietary requirements must be communicated at time of the booking request. While reasonable care is taken, Pizza Social does not guarantee that dietary requirements will be met or an allergen-free environment, and is not liable in any circumstances whatsoever, to the maximum extent permitted by law, for any matters arising out of dietary requirements or allergens.
Food may contain traces of allergens (nuts, soy, dairy, gluten etc.). You accept full responsibility for providing accurate dietary information for all guests and informing guests of potential allergen risks.
